Send via the carrier of your choice: US POST OFFICE, UPS, FEDEX, etc.
We suggest that you select a carrier with tracking abilities, keep copies your tracking numbers.

Return Shipping Instructions:
We do not pay for shipping, it is necessary to pre-pay in advance for return shipping.

Options For Return Shipping:

1) BEST WAY: Include a Check or Money Order for the same amount it costs to ship it to us, unless you prefer a slower method than you sent it to us (Consult your carrier), please indicate on your check or money order that your payment is for "Return Shipping".

2) Pre-paid shipping form/air bill with your carrier. Or a shipper form filled out with your account number.

We will return any pre-paid postage fees to the artists for any work that sells, and/or destroy any unused return shipping forms.

We generally try to ship art back to you using the cheapest method available and refund the difference if any, unless you specify an exact method or carrier.

Post Office: If you are sending via the US post office. Please send as Parcel Post or Priority Mail. Please include an addressed return shipping label, and include pre-paid postage for return shipping. IMPORTANT - DO NOT SEND AS REGISTERED MAIL.

You may buy insurance and delivery confirmation at your discretion (recommended).
We highly suggest a carrier with tracking abilities, keep copies your tracking numbers.
 

Any packages received without return shipping fees will be processed AFTER any and all properly shipped packages are processed and returned. We will make several attempts to contact you, after 30 days with no reply your package will be considered abandoned, and subsequently destroyed.

 

Packaging Tips

Packaging: ALL ART, LOCAL AND SHIPPED, should be packaged and or boxed. In the event your artwork does not sell, it will be returned to you in the packaging it was sent in. Do Not use packing peanuts/Styrofoam material (it makes an enormous mess), Use bubble-wrap. Make a snug fitting pouch to put your piece into, and then a larger one for that pouch to fit into if it needs it. Avoid wrapping the bubble wrap around and around the art, it makes removal difficult and re-use is very difficult. We have hundreds of packages. Please do not make our job harder than need be.

Please be advised, over-sized packages incur extra freight charges, sometimes 2 or 3 times the standard rate, you may wish to consult multiple carriers for the best rate. Ship early and avoid expedited shipping charges. Many carriers now use Dimensional Weight, which can severely increase the cost to ship larger packages.

Consult your carrier's packaging guidelines, many will not insure or cover damaged shipments if they are improperly packaged. FEDEX Packing Info | UPS Packing Info | U.S. POSTAL Packing Info

1) Ship your artwork safely in packaging that is easy to open and reuse, please avoid excessive taping of the carton, this only adds to the weight and the cost.

2) YOU MUST WRITE YOUR LAST NAME clearly on the outside of box (with black marker) in 1 inch tall letters, separate from the shipping label.

3) Clearly mark which end of the packaging is the best side to be opened.

4) Each piece must be marked with your name and selling price. You may use your professional name, but it must match the professional name you registered for the store with.

5) Follow the shipping instructions above.

6) The artists are responsible for all shipping costs, to and from the show.

7) Any special information; and return shipping fee checks/money orders, return shipping labels, prepaid airbills, instructions about hanging etc., should be placed in a sealed envelope and taped to the inside of your package/box and clearly marked "Return Shipping Info".
